Sample HMP Document

The photos and accompanying text show what a completed application can look like. For it to be properly stored in our archives, we would appreciate the application to be housed in a 1/2 or 1" loose-leaf binder, with each section in its own plastic sleeve. Create cover and spine inserts that would easily identify your document. Clicking on the links below will demonstrate sample content.

Note: The sample PDF file is reduced from the full application. For example, only one deed is shown, while in the original, all deeds from the time of building the house until the present are included. Also census records are shown for 1910, while in the application 1920 is also included. Lastly, more photos (including some prior family photos) are included, but not shown in the sample for space considerations.
