John Franklin Miller House – 108 W Prospect St

Still existing today, the house on West Prospect was the home of the Miller family, John and his wife Mary, daughter Leah and son Stewart. John was elected as Seattle’s mayor in 1908 and served for one term, during the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition.

He and Mary were still in the house in 1930. He told the census at that time that the house and property were worth $10,000.
