Dr. Churchill House–608 W Olympic Pl

Dr. Frederick Churchill was a leading successful pioneer of Seattle, building this large residence in 1889 on W. Olympic Place, just east of the lot that was to become the Chelsea Apartments.

The house was torn down in the 1950’s.
